UPCOMING TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS

At the 9/15 Neighborhood meeting with the Developer (Gallher)
They showed us a new design that has fewer units, shorter buildings, a gym, and a rec center that would be open to members of The Zones only, not open to the public or to the children who would live in these low-income apartments because they likely cannot afford to be members at the rates The Zones charge.
It is important to note: This design means nothing, as the preliminary application still shows the 384-unit, four-story high-rises.
Until there is a formal application showing changes, we have to go off the preliminary application.
Stay informed, email the town council members, and get on the interested parties list.

Please send your comments about rezoning, and why you feel it’s not a good idea, to Kim Jordan, City Planner, and copy the council members and commissioners (emails below). We encourage you to review the General Plan and find inconsistencies to call out regarding this project to help us make this case.
The notice of application was filed, and they are now looking for public comment.
